My brother is got a 4 inch lift for his 06 jeep rubicon, and now he is asking me, with a 1500 $ limit to find him black steelies and m/t tires. for steelies, I'm lookin at Series 52 Rock Crawler

Looking for cheap tires, I'm thinking of good year MT with kevlars, duratracs, and general grabbers. He want 33inch tires. I figured 33x12.5x15 would be good. he wants 15inch rims. I'm trying to keep it undre the limit but IDK if i can. Now whats the deal with the offset shit. I'm looking at these wheels http://www.4wheelparts.com/Wheels/S...=209&t_pt=100021&t_pl=101829&t_pn=PCW52-5865F

    and these tires http://www.4wheelparts.com/Tires/33...163&t_pt=100893&t_pl=100266&t_pn=GDY750711325

What do you all think about this set up? will it work? obviously you want them to stick out a little. please help give me some pointers

If it was a Taco we could help you with the offset. But "it's a Jeep thing".
Pull a wheel off and measure the offset he has now. Less offset will push the wheel out farther.

Tell him to give us a ring we can set him up with a wheel and tire package and shipping is FREE. With his lift he's going to want 4.75-4.5" backspace.
