    26 people dead, 18 are young kids grade 5 and under. I'm at a loss for words. Simply the worst thing that could have happen.

    I'm sure it will come out that the guy was crazy, and there were dozens of warning signs, but that no one did anything because "He was just a weird guy". This stuff makes me sick.

    THIS kind of stuff is going to sway the voters against guns. This and mall shootings, theater shootings, yadda yadda. I'm not being pro or anti gun so don't accuse me of either - but this image of kids crying and these kinds of things happening again and again will change our future one way or another.

    I just feel angry right now. I don't know how to comprehend what has just happened. There have been too many of these tragedies recently. I have never fired a handgun but I told my wife without hesitation I am going down to the Sheriff's department today to apply for my concealed pistol license. I don't know when I will actually purchase a gun but I want to be prepared. My neighbor is a State Trooper and he has said anytime I wanted to go practice with him I was more than welcome. I will be taking him up on his offer.
