Oh trust me I know this all too well. I follow guys that are all lifted and if you listen to the spotters you'll get thru a lot of tricky stuff. I did HENNIKER BONE STOCK on crappy cooper HTS tires. Plan on banging off rocks there if not lifted

Ya this whole thead is confusing because we are talking about 2 different locations and different dates. Once i figure out when i can go for sure (19,or 26th) i will update the original post and start a list for anyone that wants to check out the trails in chester CT. Hopefully we can do another meet some other time at the trails near putnam, but i dont know these trails.

Sounds fair....I'm on a 2 hr call (24x7) for at least 3 weeks so Chester is a bit far.

Don't feel bad I've lived in Putnam for 3 years now and knew of no trails here either...

I would be down for something in central ct or anywhere really if you know of any good trails. Like i said in my original post, chester doesnt have the best trails, it would still be fun an theres a few crazy hill climbs

Its a good sized state forest but its all nicely groomed dirt roads. Theres a few trails off of the main road so the places to wheel arnt huge.

Ive heard of some wheeling in People's forest near New Hartford and Nepaug St forest near Collinsville. I havent been wheeling there before but it would only be maybe an hour from you I think.
