I have been working towards this articulation goal bit by bit and want to hear from others who have done the same.

Last week I cleared 12.25" ramps and am working the last 1/2"+ tuck up into my rear wells.20240309_170438.jpg20240309_170419.jpg

Fairly simple build: Bilstein 5100s front, 3 notches up on driver side, 2 notches up on passenger side (1/2" lift due to weight of full RCI skids and sliders), Dobinsons coils C59-230 (1/4" lift), Fox 2.0 shocks with CD adjustment reservoirs for 3-5" lift, #985-24-118, driver side Skyjacker leaf for 2" lift #TCR620S, passenger side General Spring HD for 1.5" lift, #90-297HD.
On Yokohama Geolander A/T 305/70R16. Durobumps fronts and rear flip kit (rear bumps cut down from top to 1/2" longer than each rear shock compressed length+rubber grommet).

For the wheels guys, 16x8.5, -6 offset DX4 wheels, rear BORA 3/4" bolt on hub and wheel centric spacers, front BORA 13mm slip on spacers, hub and wheel centric. So effective offset -19 in front and -25 in rear.
Part of the rear lift was to get high enough to ensure that the rears could tuck in.

More flex v lift testing My ideal front lift is 1" to match the low 1.25" rear for my work ease of access and use.
I raised my Bilstein 5100s up to 5th clip on D.S. and 4th clip on P.S., to get close to 1" front lift due to armor weight IMO. I didn't like maxxing out, so I bought Toytec 112-620 springs and replaced my front Dobinsons 586# rate, 378mm springs, with the 620# rate, 381mm springs. I adjusted my 5100s to 3rd clip D.S. and 2nd clip P.S. to achieve about 1" lift, or 22" hub center to fender edge. The rear lift remained at 1.25" or 23.25" hub center to fender.
Made it up the 12.75" ramps, but I lost a 1/2" of front downtravel from the last test. The uptravel into the bump stop stayed the same. Rear was less than 1/2" dif than last month's test. More frame twist I guess. Based on Tinkerers findings, I knew 8" of front flex would be hard to achieve again with an additional 1/2-3/4" of front lift height.
I may run the ramp test again with the Dobinsons 586# at max on the Bilsteins and see if more preload vs. more rate makes a difference.

Yes, the front up and down travel would be way less with it on.
