So I plan on installing 5100's up front but at this time are leaving rear stock with 3 leaf pack. Alot of guys are saying there are driveline vibes, need UCL's replaced, and alignment issues. I have also seen pics of trucks with this setup with a slight Bro-lean. If I just plan on leveling would it be best setting at 1.75?

    Any comments and pics appreciated!

If you want it level leave it at 1.75. 2.5 will be nose high, it's also hit or miss as to whether it not you will need new UCA's or if you'll have driveline vibes. There's no real consistency amongst guys that run them...

I couldn't get aligned. Dropped back to 1.75. You'll be nose high for sure.

Thanks for the info guys, just want to do it right the first time and seemed like there were too many issues at 2.5.

    Do this:

Set front to 1.75" with a Toytec 1/2" top plate spacer (gives about 1/4" more lift).

Then do a 3 leaf progressiv 1.5" AAL from Wheeler's in the rear and leave the Stock OL leaf in (which is about 1/2" thick).

You will then have roughly 2.25" of front lift and 2" rear, which should leave you close to level with a slight factory rake left. Not too tall, not too short, you're good to go.

I think you mean 1/4" spacer gives 1/2" lift

Does the 1/4 top plate add to the pre-load of the front spring?
Sorry if that is a dumb question

i've been running the fronts at 2.5" since jan. and there is about an inch of bro lean after measurements but just visually looking at the truck it looks perfectly level, no issues with alignment, there is the growl on the front drivers side when its cold out at 35mph but none since its warmed up. (fluids to thick in the cold not getting where its needed right away)

Billies @ 2.5" 1.5" progressive AAL in the rear. Good alignment with stock UCA's and no problems as of yet. No vibes, no growl.

I have them at 2.5 up front with the 1.5" AAL in the rear. Rides pretty good but a little rough. I think a lot of the harsh ride comes from the tires. I am running a heavy mud terrain that's either D or E load range. Try and stay in C load range and you will be fine

Thanks David- since I am not installing AAL I will probably set them at 1.75. I plan on doing them tonight with some cold ones tonight. I'll post pics after.

Here's how I sit right now.

Yea I had a 1" block at first but had it removed a week ago. The 1.5 progressive AAL is perfect with the 5100s

Mine are at 2.5" and I definitely have caster alignment issues. In need of new UCAs. I will eventually just drop back to 1.75" to get caster back.

Why are your caster numbers at 2.5"?

Caster is at 2.1/Drivers 2.06 Passenger, Billies are @ 2.5". Couldn't get the magic 2.4 with stock UCA's.
