decaustin, how are you doing with your Armour flex. Any issues? How well does it seal out the rain?

Had mine for almost 2 years now, I've not had many issues with the Canadian winter other than a bit of rubber sticking and not being able to open the tailgate (this was fixed with a liberal amount of silicone lubricant in the fall, with no issues since)

a tiny bit of water does get in on mine but again, that's after nearly 2 years of use. Other than that the amount that leaks through is not enough for me to care much as any tools i do have are inside a plastic box in the back. However the carpeted areas had felt damp after a good rain storm, but that doesn't bug me as well since nothing started to rust

I'd like to know which one is the most water resistant....or how to keep water from getting in using any of these. I'm guessing a lot of it comes in around the tailgate. I have the bakflip mx4 and its pretty good. Pretty heavy but i kind of like that since the tacomas are light in the back.

BAK industries and Undercover are both sister companies, both making the exact same product but with slight variations. so deciding which one is better becomes harder to say as both are made the same way to the same standards.

Now a question for you, what is it that you have in the bed of the truck that requires you to have as little water getting in as possible?
Water, be it a little or a lot, will get into the bed of the truck. This is a fact people need to accept so doing what you can to stop it entirely is an uphill battle.
The best you can do is maintain the rubber panels, seals, strips, etc etc and replace them when they are too far worn out. use silicone oil/ spray to lubricate parts, etc.

Last time I had worried about things getting wet i was heading to a mountain in the rain for some skiing. I didnt want to throw my luggage back there and a few other things. I guess a good solution would be some big plastic storage bins from homedepot or some trashbags and call it a day.
