Same experience as me. Took me 1.5 years to find one. Finally found one with a markup. Dealer would not budge on the markup because they knew someone would buy it. I believe them 100%. I paid a markup ($3500) however it was way lower than what people were posting in forums and second to lowest of dealerships in my area.

MT's are a dying breed and the demand is there. Coupled with limited production of MTs (since demand is with autos), planned retooling for 4th gen, possible removal of MT's in general for 4th gen, increased demand of 3rd gen as outgoing generation & demand for MT's, etc, etc.,

I totally agree, Porsche 911 GTS MT > Lamboghini.

I'd assume we have similar interests since i also ordered/bought a trd-pro. Also one could assume you slightly care about your image to others and prefer the finer things in life. When it arrives, you are welcome to join our super exclusive trd-pro owners thread on here.

Hmmm... perhaps... but I was after leather seats and resale value. I could ramble, but I'll keep it short and simple. The Pro isn't really what I wanted, but nobody makes what I want- so here we are. So far I enjoy it, but I'm not blown away. I'll take great care of it and someone will wind up with a really nice used Pro in a few years.
