I've got my 2018 Off Road and at about 15k it started making a grinding noise similar to the beginning of a bad bearing. Except the strange part is that the noise/vibration happens (wheel speed / 2) or so (not sure if it's exactly half the wheel speed but speeds up with the vehicle speed) and it sounds like a heartbeat rather than a consistent bearing vibration. I got the truck and it came with a 2" lift and 265/75/17 KO2's I also thought it might be because of aggressive tread on the tires, but that would make more sense if it happened 1:1 with the wheels.
