Constant 12v in the cab

I am looking to tap for constant power in the cab of a 2020 SR5.
Does anyone know of a place to safely tap a wire near the passenger footwell?

 

If you don't have a trailer brake controller, there is non-keyed power behind the left kick panel in the open connector. Heavy gauge blue wire, I believe?

 

The fuse panel under the driver side dash is all hot, generally uses negative side switching. So switched positive I had to grab the cigarette lighter plug wire, but something like sunroof fuse is a simple always hot fuse tap.

Note there is an orientation to a fuse tap. The pin away from the wire must be the hot source. Otherwise you skip the fuse and directly power the addon wire.
