I don't know many people who buy trucks for their cornering capabilities. Feeling every imperfection, IT DRIVES LIKE A TRUCK..... if I wanted something that handles like a street car.. I would've bought a street car.....

HONDA??????????? I drove an older 2002 CRV and it drives like Farm Machinery. Plus every time a repair is needed, the cost is unrighteous.

I love my Tacoma ........ MOONROOF especially. Woooooooooo hooooooooooooo.

    Really? Where?

I have been to Toyota of Daphne, AL (where I bought the Corolla), Murfreesboro, TN, one in Baltimore, MD, Cherokee County, GA, and Bill Penney in Huntsville, AL where I bought Myrtle the Tacoma ........ CUSTOMER SERVICES HAS ALWAYS TREATED ME LIKE THE PRINCESS I AM.

Toyota Service has been outstanding where ever I've gone.

I didn't even test drive a truck, any truck. I knew I wanted the Tacoma TRD 4x4 Off-Road in Quicksand, with all the bells and whistles. I like the dependability of the Toyota product. My 2011 Corolla has 68,500 miles on it and gets 34 mpg. Of course I knew I was cutting that in half ... BUT I GOT MY TRUCK ... and I don't give a fig for their "report." Haven't read it. Don't care to. See the SMILE? I LOVE my 2016 Tacoma.

It drives like a truck. Been told the Ford F-150 drives like a car. If I wanted a CAR, I'd buy one. I wanted a CLASS ACT ....... tada!

Happy for you Carol, like my truck too! With you, don't care what they have to say, didn't read their report on washing machines before I bought my last one either.

Mine has 8000 miles on it,driving home today and feeling the vibration in it every time it hit the 2-2200 rpm range and felt like some kind of Yugo it,pissed me the Fuck off.Yes I am kind of angry tonight, but after 4 trips to 3 dealers for the low trans fluid ,delay between r-d shifting issue ,which still happens I am almost done. There are Very real issues with a lot of these trucks,if you do not have them fine, but a lot of us do.

I used to have a 2007 Volvo s60. Most comfortable seats than any other car by far but as for comfort it couldn't have been worse. Felt every little pebble on the road & the turning radious was a joke. Can't simply just flip a bitch in one of those cars, had to pull into a friggin parking lot just to turn around. Driving the car in the city was beating the hell out of it. I don't understand how people can cruise around in beamers with a smile on their face when they damn well know they're gonna have to take it in for an alignment every month. Currently own a 2012 outback with no complaints. Handles & drives pretty darn well.
Purchased a 2014 Taco 17 days ago. I friggin love this thing.

Well if we are going to get onto seats, most comfortable ever was a Ford Aerostar with the captain chairs. Like sitting on a laz-e-boy in the living room and watching your favourite flick.

Wifey's mini-van, but loved to sit in those seats :anonymous:.

@deergetr, you can stop following me now. Not sure why you started following in the first place since I'm more positive and you just seem to be looking for things to complain about.

Also to the members I can see, is there a way to have someone not follow me?

I would rather creep this thread than the "Low Transmission Fluid" which has multiple threads. You can scroll past this thread like I do the tranny fluid threads. I don't worry about mine being low, if it goes, I'll buy another one.

Tacoma is stock and staying that way, Pickup is TBA as of now.
Repairs on any foreign vehicle is costly, Toyota is no different! But, at least they don't need worked on very often.
