Contacting corporate regarding 3rd Brake Light Leak

Toyota dealership replaced recalled 3rd High Mount Brake Light in October. Prior to that time, no leakage. Now back seats are moldy. Just did water intrusion test and they cannot determine source of leak. In fact, claiming there is no leak. I have less than 15,000 miles and warranty good until April 2022. What recourse do I have? Has anyone had luck contacting Corporate? Have autoimmune disorder and cannot live with reoccuring mold. Thanks!

Toyota is really good in calling back . A quick web search results in this number. 800-331-4331 . Threir number is also in the owners manual
