That’s the beauty of this material. Extruded aluminum is the bomb. This one is mounted on our Tundra. I can grab the rack and shake the wheels right off the truck. I can sit right in the middle of the crossbar with zero deflection (204 lbs of pure sexiness).

@KB Voodoo will this work, or have options to be used with a bakflip tonneau. Love this setup but currently have the bakflip.

Haha, but will it work as I'd be considering this if it does.

    Thanks

If your cover required the relocation of the factory accessory rail, it will not work.

Will this mounting system work on non contractor styled racks, such as your premium rack, etc?

I'm curious if you could apply the same mounting system on your other bed racks, so you would be able to use a roll up tonneau cover on those as well.

I can't wait to see this in action with a Softopper. @KB Voodoo, would there be an option for a third brace in the middle for long beds or extreme heavy loads up top, and powder coated black?

Will it fit the covers with the lower rail systems like backflip covers?

That is a really cool product and on my short list if I keep my hard folding cover.

Will there be a long bed option? And possibly a third up right for more weight distribution?

There will be long bed and short bed (we made one prototype for each).

The extruded aluminum is viciously strong, so I don't think a third upright will be necessary.
