For lowers my buddy's shop recommended OEM rubber bushings. I ended up replacing mine when I tried to get an alignment after lifting my truck. I went with polyurethane shackle bushings in the rear cause I figured the leaf springs ride stiff especially with my add a leaf rear lift. They were a pain to get out. I think it's common for them to seize to the control arm bolt. Some off road web sites sell the bolts I think but I paid a lot at my local Toyota dealership because I needed the camber caster nuts also. I ended up using my sawzall and had to get some new blades for it. I originally used a cut off grinding wheel and it ended up taking too long. I have plenty of tools and experience but it was a real hassle. My truck sat in a friends driveway for a few days. Happy my lift and alignment is all done now.
