Controll arm bushing/boots problem!!

    I replace my controll arm bushing twice and not even a month started to rip (notice grease on rims) anyone had this problem before,, truck has a 3” level lift

    wonder why it happens 2x.. bought it from napa and its a replacement part.. does any lift need to get better ball joknt boots/bushing upgrade?

    The OEM ones are the most reliable. Aftermarket balljoints from what I’ve read here don’t last long, whether greasable or not.

    I actually have OEM LCA’s with bushings and ball joints intact removed off my 2013 at 56,894mi. Was told by the shop that the ball joints were starting to go but I believe it was one of my seized cam bolts that caused alignment issues. It had to be chopped off and part of the bushing inner sleeve got grazed. Idk how severe it is. If your bushings are still good, you could replace one for the grated one on mine. Can PM if you interested.
