controls onis my truck wired for radio the steering wheel?

so i was trying to see if i could add radio controls to my truck. when i bought the truck it had the basic airbag without the radio controls and i did a little research on it so i decided to take my steering wheel apart and see if it had been pre wired for it. From what i can tell it is NOT wired for it but i just wanna make sure that i am correct. The picture in the bottom is of the two wires that if im not mistaken are the Airbag (yellow) and radio controls? (black). anyways i would like to add the controls but im not sure what other wiring (if any) i would need to have.

The radio controls on the steering wheel is something I keep forgetting and almost never use. Don't feel too bad if you can't convert yours, there are plenty of other mods to due if you have the time that would be more worthwhile.
