Convenient switched +12v

Any suggestions for where to pull a convenient switched +12v?

I'm only 3 years behind schedule, but will be adding a lightbar behind the grill and a set of rear facing spot lights. Both will be powered via relays and I'd like to use switched +12v to power the coils on the relays. Only because they are convenient, I'd like to use an "add-a-circuit" fuse tap on one of the fuses in the box under the hood.

 

Inside the small box filled with relays is a good choice to tap fused IGN source. Towing battery relay or Inverter relay.

 

I used the 20amp - 2nd radio fuse location and its been fine for a compressor and light bar so far. Its in the engine compartment.

Fine for juice but not for the fused ign source the OP has stated...

 

I suppose the power for the relay coils can be un-switched, but I'd sleep better if it were.

And Spam, that's probably the fuse I'll use.

 

Switched = Ign (Ignition)...
