I have an 04 4x4 Tacoma but unfortunately it didn't come with the factory rear locker. I am interested in finding out how to convert my read diff to a locking diff - either with a factory locker or an aftermarket?

Can anyone suggest the easiest and of course cheapest way to accomplish this?

so far, URD throwout bearing kit(sleeve), weathertechs, 285/70/17's on Ion 17x9 and OME 885s and Dakars and nitro sports. BHLM
If your wanting to go with the factory elocker you will have to swap out the entire rearend. The 3rd members on the two axles are different in the way they bolt in. If you want aftermarket just search some 4x4 websites. I like eastcoastgearsupply.com. By the way you have the 8.4 Tacoma/ T-100 diff. Search away.
