I have a 98 Tacoma with manual windows and door locks. Has anyone tried to convert theirs?

Search around the forum, there are definitely a few threads out there. I personally don't think it would be worth the time/money since there are only 2 doors, and you're now adding something that, while convenient, has a greater chance of breaking. But to each his own.
