Cold here in MD today. Was gonna clean up the truck but wimped out after a little while - just not up to it today. Decided it was time for Chili - went to store for the things I needed. Its cooking right now - can't wait.

Contrary to what I've heard and seen. I like MEAT AND BEANS in my chili. I understanf this is heresy in some parts of the country. I don't care though - thats how I and the family like it. :hungry::hungry::hungry::hungry:

Oh boy, you're making me hungry!

Meat & beans in my recipe as well, along with green onions, honey and most of a beer. :D

Most people in Texas don't believe beans belong in chili , but I like meat and beans in my chili. What time are we eating? :D

We usually have a good supply of grated cheese, Fritos and crackers to go along with our chili. Now I'm getting hungry! :hungry::hungry: Hope you and your family enjoy!

Bake yourself some cornbread muffins. Put one in a bowl, cover with chili, then cheese, then sour cream, and some chopped green onions... Heaven!
