Yup all the manuals are Canadian. I just don't know why you wanted a 2+2, I had to keep doing the stupid things looking for my Z. There's a manual 2+2 z with t-tops two blocks from me here in AZ

    Well I wanted the +2 for a reason ;)

I found two in the entire USA that I would want to own
One asked $13k, so wasn’t happening

Other is on BAT. It’s just a little rougher than I like with tons of oil leaks

Anyways this discussion is moot, given the new 94 Mr2 I just picked up (even though it doesn’t have the +2, and doesn’t meet my current needs).

Then again with more cars and bikes than days of the week here, I will be fine

    1st world problems
    Enjoy The Weeknd :)

They are 16 but that’s all I know. I don’t have a clue about the offset

Anybody have any clues as to why my heat doesn't work? I have some theories from what I've read but haven't done any work on them as it's been raining here when I've had the time:rain:

    Was the heater core bypassed?

I haven't checked, I know some people have said if the car has been sitting for a while it gets clogged up so I'm going to check it out the next few weeks as I'm busy this weekend :( So for now I'll just bring gloves in the morning as it's not terrible or just take the truck

There's a hose that runs from the back of the head to a valve on the firewall (next to ABS module) and another hose from the valve that goes into the firewall to the heater core. The coolant path exits the cabin on the driver's side of the firewall next to the brake booster. Make sure it's not looped bypassing the core. That valve also may have failed preventing the flow to the heater core.

That was my other thing I was reading is the valve failed since it sat so long. I'll report back when I get some time to actually go look at it all

Be careful as those valve get brittle with age. A few years ago, I had one of the plastic pipe ends crack and caused a leak when I was tinkering with something else back there. I found a used one on eBay for like $50. An 89 just popped up at my local pick n pull. Not sure of condition but was planning to go check it out this weekend and see if any good parts to salvage. Let me know if you're looking for anything.
