does the AC drain mod count?
@SRBenjamin at about 2 mins in the video he specifies that this does not apply to the 2GR-FKS because there is no longer a bleeder valve on the engine block.

Either way, I figure if I do it how I did last year, even if I'm only draining fluid from 2 of the 3 drains, I'm still doing far better than your average owner who does nothing.

I did this last year so I can't really remember. I know I was looking for two, but only found one. I can't remember which one I couldn't find. There are some videos online that helped me find the one. It is easy to miss until you know what you're looking for.

I'll take a picture from the passenger side in a minute. That diagram shows it on the drivers side but I saw the tip of it the other day right below the exhaust manifold. Definitely only one drain on the block.

Here are a couple pics I snagged of the 2gr-fks drain cock. It just rained and ground is wet, so I accessed this area by removing the rear splash guard in the passenger wheel well. When I drained my radiator over the weekend only 3 qts of fluid came out, so when I drain the engine block and radiator(again) today, I'll post an update to this thread of how much fluid I can actually replace in the system.

(AC drain mod holding up well 5 years in...)

The humor was not lost upon my girlfriend that I couldn't find the *expletive* on my manly pickup truck for the longest time...

No that's me parked with the wheels straight ahead. The top picture is slanted because my phone is lying on the tire, if that gives you an idea of the space available. I think I can get my arm in there to attach a drain hose. If not, I can turn the steering all the way to the left and that gives me enough space to sit upright in the wheel well with my back to the tire if I slide in from below the truck. Gonna start the job in the next hour, but I'm planning on using a short socket extension like 4 or 6 inches to get in there.

Doing a drain and fill. Refilled the radiator and am running the engine at about 1500-2000 rpms. The coolant in my funnel isn’t really going down. The heater is on full blast. I was expecting the coolant in the funnel to go down and add more as needed. The top radiator hose is really hot though. Temps on scan gauge read 200°f for about 30 min now. Is this fine?

Changed my OG coolant today. Nice easy job. 50k miles.

Hardest part was removing and re installing my TRD skid, even that was pretty easy.:)
