I want to do a complete coolant flush on my Tacoma. I have a '97 4cyl autmatic with the 2RZ engine. I was wondering what the best way to flush the system would be. As of right now, all I can think of is draining the radiator, adding a flushing agent and refilling with distilled water. Run the car for 10minutes with the heater on high. Let cool, Drain the radiator, refill with distilled water and run the car again and contine this process until clear water comes out the radiator. Then, refill with prestone 50/50 mix. Does that sound right or is there another method?
