Coolant leak from the block

    i recently got a new rack and pinion, the shop told me i had coolant leaking from a cap on the side of the block. i cant figure out if im able to replace these or not.

    for reference. should i just replace the engine? it has 303400 miles.

    Those caps are replaceable? If so, go for it. Amazing mileage!

    Sometimes referred to as "freeze" plugs, I believe Toyota refers to them as "Engine core plug". give parts a call or visit to get the right ones.
