I have a 2003 Tacoma extended cab with 5VZ-FE V6 engine. The leak isn't obvious and i have kind of narrowed it down to the back of engine block between the transmission and engine. My question is, is there freeze plugs on the engine block were i cannot see because the transmission is mounted. The leak is not bad it accumulates after parking it overnight then i notice the coolant trail left behind and i cannot trust it for a couple hour commute because of the leak. What is the best available leak stop available? Is it recommended to do this? my coolant and radiator look clean but i dont want to plug it up with a leak stop. What's the recommendations guys. Much appreciated in advance.
