Coolant overflow issue

    Look at the picture i have. the tube for the coolant over flow has a bubble in it and it hasnt went away. I checked the radator and it is full. Is that bubble normal?

    Normal. It will not hurt anything, it sure as hell will not stop it flowing in or out when it's under pressure when hot.
