    but what will happen if the engine kept running on that low temperature? I mean what damage will happen?

    minor tweaks
    In many climates those temps would cause moisture to build up in the engine oil but considering you live in the middle east I doubt cool engine temps will be an issue.

    Predator tube steps, Ranch Hand grill guard, Magnaflow CatBack exhaust, Toyota tool box & bed mat, 2LO Module by @Up2NoGood, Rearview Compass/Temp Mirror, Tune by @JustDSM.
    Potentially increased engine wear, poor fuel economy (colder engines burn more fuel), and your not getting the oil hot enough to burn off any moisture or other contaminants.
