Just got finished, much easier with radiator and shroud removed. A lot more room to work. Turns out my AC Compressor was also part of the problem. So off with the belt for now. Rest of the job took about 4-5hrs from start to finish. One quick note, does anyone have trouble with the alternator adjustment bolt, mine is seized again. This will be the 3rd one I’ve bought and all were from dealer, any thoughts? To me it’s a simple design but crappy metal bolts I guess too.

Ya sounds like a cross between no power steering fluid in power steering pump and a jet plane. Did quiet down once u start moving but was loud very loud at idle. I only went 2 days once I heard it
