To me, looks like the radiator or the hose clamp. Rotate the clamp or replace it, then pressure test the cooling system to check for any leaks.

Needs to be diagnosed correct to know precisely what is leaking.....
Actual clean off & pressure test until youre able to isolate the source of the leak, sometimes could take hours under pressure or specific temp if the leak is small.
could be radiator at the tank to core pinch requiring a radiator,
could be hose to radiator connection
I would even inspect the recovery tank & related hoses well....

That being said, YOU DO HAVE A LEAK!!!!

If you want to roll the dice as doesnt seem to be a severe leak....
Go get a worm style upper radiator hose clamp & replace the upper hose clamp at the radiator.
Clean off all the pink residue with a detergent / cleaner of some sort.
Dry the area off, & monitor for a few weeks or until / if you see wetness & stain again.
    If you do, radiator....

I was planning on taking the truck on a bit of a road trip soon. I do not have the time to get it fixed before I go. If it were your truck…would you still drive the truck like that and fix it after?

The coolant level isnt low, so you'll likely be fine

Just try moving the hose clamp to different position, like slightly farther away from the radiator where the rubber is more thick and pliable. Or cut off a half inch and reposition the clamp. It's quick and won't cost anything
