Cooper Adventurer A/T 265/75r16 on stock 2014 TRD Sport (with TRD Off Road Wheels painted black)

Total Cost was 615$ for all 4 tires w/ 50k mile warranty, installation, and TPMS reset. I did not do an alignment because I am waiting on my 5100's to get here still. This was after the buy 3 get 1 tire free deal, but before the 70$ mail in rebate.

Pepboys deal looks to be perpetual :) They've extended it twice. It's now advertised as going until November 8th but the $70 Cooper deal expires on Halloween. My wheels arrive Wednesday and I hope to get tires on by next weekend.

    Sweet.

I'm considering getting them again. One word of caution to anyone with these tires - ROTATE THEM! I'm at 50,000 miles now and they're cupped. Loud. They've been like this ever since I stopped rotating them about 15000 miles ago.

This is a timely thread as I just spent a couple hours figuring out my tire situation for my new wheels. To add to this, I found this on 4runner.org, specifically the post quoted below made by jwkilgore. He took the time to figure out all the Cooper tires in the family and break them all down. Bottom line for me is ~$650 out the door including Road Hazard using the Buy 3, one free offer at Pepboys. Then another $70 if/when the rebate finally arrives. :)

Just got my new Cooper Adventurers mounted on new TRD wheels at pep boys. Very happy with the look. Hopefully they perform as well as the reviews say they should.

Nice. I debated buying those wheels for six months. Good look.

I know this is a really old thread, but doing some tire shopping myself and found this:

    http://m.ebay.com/itm/Cooper-Advent...%3A99e6d60415a0a5e29952dd0bfffef831%7Ciid%3A1

Have questions about what the sidewall rating and weight of these is sent to the seller. Let's see if they answer.

When I called a local Pep Boys, they quoted me $676.36 for these in an LT P - metric 265/75r16

That's just buying the tires there, not mounted and balanced. Wth?

Those Ebay tires are passenger rated, not LT. That's why they are dirt cheap. Note the SKU and cross reference. You say "LT"-what load range were the tires from Pep Boys?

The tires from the local shop are P rated.

The rep for the Pep boys eBay store responded that the $115 tires weigh between 20-30 lbs.

They must be dirt cheap because the P stands for "paper thin" sidewalls.

Still, can't imagine how that weight is accurate.

My local independent tire store beat Pep Boys when I bought my set of Cooper AT3s. I have about 8k on them and continue to be very pleased.

I'm also in Georgia. What tire store did you use?

Nine North tire on Hwy 9 in Milton. Talk to Michael.

Mine is not lifted but I know he has done a number of lifts on Tacos and folks have been pleased.
