I just got AT3 4s on Thursday. Went to a 265/75/16 over the stock 245/75/16s it came with. So far I like them a lot. No rub and no increase in road noise.

Nice upgrade.. Yeah you shouldn't rub until 285, I believe.

275 as well apparently. these are really great so far. i was so impressed with the ST Maxx on my truck that i bought these for my wife, they are kind of a SUV STMaxx.

seems I've become a Cooper fan.

I actually kinda like the sidewall design... I hate Toyo MT's before my Nittos. Still trying to decide what to get next.

Anyone know if they're going to make the new versions in 275/70/17 load C? The older AT3 came in this, but I didn't see this option with the new LT design.

Cooper site says 47 so they get a:thumbsup: for being honest. Still digging these things although not many miles yet.

The down side to the bigger tires is that my SSP doesn’t shift into 6th gear now until the odometer reads 75 or up...I know the bigger tires through it off but just stays in 5th gear a lot longer now..

Thanks! I was looking through this thread and found an identical truck with that set up and loved the way it looked.

ETA: It was @atrain23, who, now that I look at it, is from the same state. I'm gonna have to be careful of where I park my truck so we don't get confused.

Got our first “real” snow of the year, so I got to test them a little today. It’s that nice, wet, slushy, heavy snow too. They go great in the snow so far, no spinning out, and plenty of traction to stop without skidding. I think I’m gonna be very happy with the 4s.

Great to hear some initial snow reviews on these, looking forward to testing mine out in the mountains soon! What cold pressure you running?

The shop set mine at 35, which looks to be a little high judging from this pic. I’m going to give it another day or two and check again. May drop to 33 cold and check how the wear is at that temp.

The ride is good at this setting though. Even the wife commented on it after driving a few miles. Truck seems tighter all around.

I'm just about ready to order my 4S's. 2012 Longbed TRD Sport. Getting new shocks as well since we're at 105k miles.

    Help me choose...

    Option A:
265/70/17 (recommended by several for looks/traction)
    5100's, front set at .85
Either General HD leaf pack or Hellwig out back
Rationale: lifting up the back to fix sag as I have a shell and tow 5000 lbs a couple times a year. Also, I think the tires will look too big without some leveling/lifting

    Option B:
255/70/17 (current size of the Grabber HTS that came with the truck)
    4600's
Save up for airbags next Spring before I need to tow again.
Rationale: I like the current look of the truck and this saves some $$$ right before Christmas.

    Option C:
    265/65/17 (Owner's manual recommendation)
    4600's
    Airbags in the Spring
    Rationale: Owner's manual says so
