I recommend and sell a lot of cooper tires through my shop. So when I had the opportunity to sell my stock tires, I went for the AT3

Balancing was a huge pain in my ass, but I got them zero with a smooth ride. When I swap wheels I'll probably just static balance!

Yep, this is just the stock SR5 suspension. The calculator showed the tire overlay as basically the same, and I haven’t had any issues / rubbing with those or the wheels.

My AT3 XLT's in 295/75r16 are arriving tomorrow! Walmart had the best price I could find (4 for $688 shipped)
on black friday. I was a little concerned about ordering tires from Walmart but it turns out they were dropped shipped to me straight from Cooper's warehouse. I'm having them mounted on SCS F5's which are arriving today....much excite!

Just got my 285/75/16's installed yesterday. Don't have a lot to say yet other than they are pretty quiet on the highway and they look way better in person. Can't wait to try them out in the snow but impressed so far. One thing that I'm wondering about is they seem really soft and would chunk easily offroad. Anyone taken these offroad on rocks yet? Did they chunk at all?

Now that I think back, I should have just done a static balance, 2 plane was a waste of time and a waste of sticky weights. Lesson learned.

Over the years I've had trouble balancing large truck tires. Sometimes close enough is good enough.

I swapped out my stock wheels, and went straight for a static balance. No vibration.

mats, flaps, and stickers. Extang solid fold 2.0. Mobtown sliders and full skids. AVS vents
Put some miles on the tires again, snow and ice. Still great on the snow, not so much on the ice. Put about 200 highway miles on yesterday, no balance issues at all.

I hear of people doing this all the time I had no idea it really makes that much difference but I do get the positioning of the weights....
