Thanks man...they are a minimalist build of a fender (not as many contact points) compared to the big boys like fiberworks and glass works, but they are cheaper. @erok81 can comment on these as well. They were about $340 shipped I believe as they use greyhound with a fixed rate shipping of $50-70. That being said, they just wrap it in saran wrap for padding, but many times when you ship glass it will have dings and stuff that have to be worked before paint so its not that big of a deal.

They are located just around the Mexican border on the west coast, but they are pretty responsive to orders and don't really leave their customers in the dust when issues arise.

Regardless of my maller fiasco, wits end fabrication is an excellent fabricator that is honest and has a sharp eye for functionality and look. For my northern va brotheren who are in need of a quality fabricator for a unique item, he is the answer. This is what my bumper was DESIGNED to look like.

Keep in mind this is a dedicated "prerunner" style bumper, but it was designed to house a smittybilt 9.5 winch as it is small enough to fit. They got their name out there in the Jeep community, but he loves to work on Yotas. I plan to go back soon to get a custom bed rack made relatively soon to get my RTT off the bed rails for fiberglass bedsides.

This is wits end if you guys feel so inclined to check them out...

BTW, I don't mean to spam myself here but I have done some retro stuff to my headlights and can help offer some tips if any are interested. My hope is one day that TW will fully embrace retroing their headlights without fear, but that may not happen!

I don't know about second gen stuff, but third gen I'd steer away from roadrunner. Especially after using McNeil.

Roadrunner are super thin. Poorly made. Nothing lines up at all. Even when you finally get a bolt or two to line up you have huge gaps everywhere.

On a side not though, the truck looks good. After all this talk in the LT BS thread I finally get to see what it looks like.

In for pics of the Tundra/Sequoia TRD shift knob you got. Never seen one on a Tacoma before.

Edit: Took my kids to the local museum yesterday, snapped a pic for ya.

That is true man it has been long awaited. Mine weren't bad with alignment, but yea man I still am not sure if it would be smart to go with someone else like fiberworks for the rear bedsides.

Will do man, should be here next week. From what I understand it has the 8mmx1.25 pitch which is the same as the taco. Difference is it is deeper for the shaft which would make the knob a little too low to work right. To remedy this I got a 8mmx1.25 3.75 inch extension that I will be installing. We will see, should work out though based off the references I checked, but only one way to know for sure.
