I would consider someone who has an open carry MP-5 look-a-like to be dangerous until I find out otherwise.

Hunter in a field with a shot gun=armed but not dangerous.

Man with concealed carry permit, in his car, carrying a pistol=armed, not dangerous.

Man walking around with pistol not holstered stuck in waistband pointed at penis=armed and dangerous (danger to himself).

Man on street corner in neighborhood with sub-machine gun replica=armed and dangerous.

 

I give the Law Enforcement officer credit for being polite willing to answer questions and educated on firearms. If I was in his shoes I'd think at first glance from a distance that this was a full auto suppressed firearm.

I really wish people would quit making stupid videos like this. I love the constitution and the 2nd Admend. too but people need to quit flaunting the issue to our Law enforcement officers.

 

This happened in Klamath falls, OR. I have helped the officer at the Big 5 I work at, he is a really nice guy. Definitely the kind of officer you want around.
