Hi TW, looking for some opinions on two different pairs of Corbeau seats. Curious if anyone has them or used them or knows a buddy with them and if they’re any good or not. Torn between the two and need more info.
    Thanks!

I have the RS in one truck and the Sport Reclining in the other truck.
I really wanted to like the RS but something about it bugs me. It's a wide seat pan with rigid sides. The headrest is nonadjustable and too low, and too far back for me. I may sell them on here shortly and get the sports for the other truck. I've heard the XRS is beter than the RS since the side bolster come in tighter.
I would skip the Moab's since they have basically no side bolster. Your ass will slide off every time you go through a turn at speed. The Sport reclining are pretty nice, though not perfect (perfect to me would be a BMW or other nice seat). I got the Sport Reclining covered in Neoprene off eBay a while back. Love the neoprene, but it fades in the CA sun. The RS also fade. I wonder if I can dye them black again? They sell covers for them but it all adds up fast. I would recommend the lumbar kits at a minimum.

I'm in NorCal if you are ever up this way you are welcome to try both. Would love to hear other's opinions on here too!

Look into Cerullo. I was going to go with them till I found a pair of Limited Tacoma seats.

I have the RS seat and they are ok. If the stock seats weren't so broke down I would put them back in. I try and pick myself up and over the bolster but it is still peeling in the crease. They are easy to install and have kept clean but a purchase I probably wouldn't make again.

Wish I could find a replacement for my limited seat. After 16 years of abuse, it needs to be replaced.

You could have a local upholstery shop bring it back to life.

I have LG1 and love them, they are not suspension seats so a little rough, added 2" of head room and leg room, so was a big plus, i would test a set out before buying from a shop

They make LOTS of different type seats and it's all personal taste, I had 4 runner seats before and they suck compared to the LG1, SO its persona taste, thats why I say test a set out 1st,
Maybe the other guy needed Cadillac seats to make him happy

I think there are upholstery shops that actually recreate the foam. My friends wife did that along with the fabric, mainly on boats but also did it for his ‘67 International pick up. Not sure what it would cost you.

I have the baja xrs seats and they are perfectly comfortable. I was going to replace them only because I have wide shoulders and the seat cups them a bit causing back pain over extended drives. I'm talking like 8 hrs of wheeling. I was going to switch them for the Moab's but not till after I can sit in them and test them out. I just want to make sure the top of the seat is meant for a larger person.

I have a pair of the Sport's in my 04, with lumbar support added, and their brackets. overall, I find them comfortable, they do sit a bit taller than the stock seats, and I may add washers between the bracket and seat to tip them back slightly at the front.

Damn, those camry seats, specifically the one pictured, goes for 5-600 per seat. A set, front and back, goes for 1500. :ded::bananadead:

When I did the research for mine, I settled on these. I never ended up buying them because I got a set of leather seats from a 4runner, and I like them enough. I'm still thinking about buying these, but just later on down the road.

I guess this is low priority for me because the seats in my tacoma are still ok, I'll only change em out if they start to feel uncomfortable during long road trips.
