    Just trying to get out and play this weekend, I will actually be in town...

    I only have the Jeep for offroad but I can put a Toyota emblem on it and you guys will never know.

    I just put lockers in the front and rear so I am wanting to use it!! I havent been able to try the front out yet, I have had the back installed for a while now and that made a huge difference, I almost never need 4wd now, but when I do I can fully lock the front and become a tank, until I break an axle, haha.

    Anyway any peeps still on for this weekend? Would be a fun time, almost want to bring my dirtbike for the single trac out there, lots of fun!

    I may have jumped the gun a bit in regards to volunteering any other 4x's to add passengers (parking the prerunners & riding along) Some guys don't like others to ride with them, not saying they wont just saying I shouldn't have offered it up on their behalf, that said , IF there is room & IF its ok with others to have a ride along , just trying to put something together for all to enjoy, anyway sorry for any confusion...

    Same thing, I call it Pine Valley since I usually park there and take the dirt bike to CC, so thats kinda what I meant, I call CC Pine Valley, I get your drift since I am not aware if you can actually get a rig to CC from Pine Valley, the only way I know of is Kennedy cycle trail and there are not going to be any trucks making that run, lol.

    I used to drive my 72' Power Wagon from Pine/Bear Valley, past the open mines, all the way to Lake Morena, back then all the side access fire roads were open, most didn't have gates & the ones that did weren't locked

    Yeah the good old days, when I was in High school in Carlsbad I used to ride in Callaveras hills every day, that is until they started building stupid houses!! :mad:

    I remember when the sticker "Skating is not a crime" was popular, now it seems we need to adopt "Offroading is not a crime" stickers but in reality offroading is Illegal almost everywhere, lame. God forbid we drive on a dirt trail!! OK I am done now, lol.

    When I was in high school, we could four wheel in lot's of places near Escondido... the hills behind Palomar College were great... I drove my Jeep up to the P on the mountain (see the track still) and other tracks to the top of that mountain then down to Twin Oaks...

    Hey Jason, I was all up for a run today... but Doug changed the date and so I made other plans for this weekend... But, if you have some trail ideas, I am usually game if it requires 4WD! The only run around here I know is the 'Welk Run'/ 'Panda Jerk's Drug Airport' by the Deer Springs and I-15 Arco station.

    I am getting my Hella 4000s converted to HID tomorrow, so I will want to do a desert night run...
