i have noticed a rash of people here referring to the installation of sound deadening as "dynamating". i would like to clarify that there are many different brands of sound deadening besides dynamat. i just want to make sure that those of you that are new to car audio are aware of this.

    sorry for the rant:eek:

Do you correct people for calling tissues Kleenex?

    jokes...

Also, to add somethign on topic; dynamat is overpriced when compared to other readily available products.

    actually, yes i do
this is the main reason i put this out there. their product isn't terrible, but there are much better products out there that are far less expensive. i hate to see them get all the credit.
