I had my 2022 done this past June. It seems good and the price was good. The guarantee sounds encouraging. I used Fluid film on my 2012. The days of crawling underneath on a gravel drive with a rattle can are over for me.

 

I enjoy the DIY woolwax solution. This may be the same.

 

I have been using Cosmoline for decades. My 2009 Tahoe with 302K miles went through 13 years of Northeast, PA (Scranton) weather. They use tons of salt!! Every year I would treat it with Cosmoline (RP-342 Military Grade on Amazon). I took it to a new mechanic once, he asked if I got it rom California.

Best part is whenever I needed to do work on it, the nuts, bolts and whatever I was working on was so easy.

 

What was your application method? Aerosol cans? Any specific guidance?

 

As Will mentioned Krowne is used by the CAF on all their military vehicles. I live 1 hour away from Petawawa and I see a lot of new Military trucks coming to the depot there and then are sent to a Krown dealer in Killaloe, Ontario which is 18 Km from my place and also the dealer that I use. Just had my Taco done last week and ready for the winter.
