Ahh, one more reason I hate places like Seattle. I only travel through there after 9pm and don't stop till I'm well past it.

The insurance will cover it. It will come in play when they calculate your next premium.

I moved 30 mins SW of PDX back in 1996. Fr's are almost on top of me now. Luckily not a lot of crime like PDX proper, but it won't be long.

5-10 years from now I'm retiring and moving the BFE Idaho/Montana area. People suck!

Yeah they might try and say you were following too closely for the road conditions. They always feel you should be at a distance to be able to stop without rear ending under most circumstances

At least 4 weeks. My daughter had an elk run into her car in early December and the body shop told her not to expect all her parts to be here until February sometime.

Unless they are an insurance adjuster or body shop owner, no one here is qualified to answer your question correctly. Even if they were qualified, they would be the first to tell you they can't give you an answer without inspecting the vehicle. It's like all these "is it totaled" threads. We have no idea.

    Yeah
From his description he was at fault either way. Had he hit the vehicle in front he’s of been cited for ACDA and his insurance would of been covering his truck and the car he hit…

An estimate might be hard with out getting it in, also make sure they check the frame. The corner impact may have tweaked it. Good luck with everything.
