Special ordered 4 (245/75R16) Bridgestone Dueler A/T 695 for my 86 Long Bed. Got the call they had arrived so my son dropped by for the install today.
Short story is my son comes home, I take one look at the truck and realize they installed a complete set of (255/70R16) BF Goodrich Rugged Terrain T/A.
Not a bad looking tire, they look good on the truck but not what I ordered. Nice rating on Tire Rack for both tires. 95% of the use will be highway as I use the truck to deliver finished carpentry projects.
Looks like they're priced around the same given the size difference, maybe the Bridgetsone are a few $$ more.
Any thoughts on which tire is the better choice or if you would bust balls about it.

The Dueler A/T 695 is a "real" all-terrain tire. Rugged Terrain is an aggressive-looking highway tire. It is a replacement for the BFG Rugged Trail that comes stock on 2nd gen. TRD Off Road trucks and commonly loathed for poor performance off-road.

BUCKLE UP! It makes it harder for Aliens to pull you out of your Truck.
    They are fine. Enjoy them.

Negative, he parked the truck in the waiting area outside the garage and handed them the keys. Came back an hour later when they called his cell and said the truck was ready.
He didn't know what I ordered and was never asked to sign anything. Came home with a big smile as the truck looked nice with the new rubber. The smile soon disappeared when I pointed out they installed the wrong tires.
No big deal I guess. Probably just leave it the way it is as both tires seem pretty good and most of my driving is on road. Went with the Bridgetsone as they were running a special....$70 off a set of 4 plus 1/2 price on installation.

I have had the bf goodrich rugged trail tires on my last three Tacoma 4x4 trucks and they are an excellent highway tire. Very low highway noise, well balanced, and high mileage. I am sure that you will be very happy with these tires for 90% highway use. Haven't tried them for serious off road but they look like they would do the job. They came stock on all of my TRD Tacoma 4x4 trucks.

Did you go back to the COSTCO, and show them the error? Any response from them? Apology? I'd at least let them know they screwed up the install big time, and see what they say.
