I say any sniper trained by Uncle Sam would have no problem doing so.

Remember the Navy sniper who shot two pirates in their heads with one bullet while on a floating boat with the pirates being towed behind on a life raft?

I have faith in our finest.

Lol. Legality don't matter when you can't be found.
BFF? I showed this to my friend Brian who is a USMC Artillery Gunner, I guess that's the technical name for it he shoots Howitzers, he said he could do it with a 155 if the driver kept a steady speed.

Doesnt have to be a headshot or kill shots. One good shot to the engine block is all it takes

The .50 is called an anti-materiel round for a reason

Too many variables, and not enough information to answer the question.

I thought it was two snipers with a simultaneous shot...either way.

Thats why we need armed drones flying over our highways. AGM-114 will do the trick.

im sorry, but what exactly is your question? could a sniper shoot speeding cars? or is there something in the picture that we're supposed to be seeing as a target?
