Could I make the argument my prerunner is more capable in the snow then a stock 4*4

Hahaha and I bet they can't drive for shit! I had a 2wd car that I would pass 4X4 trucks in doing 65-70 in 6" or more of snow... Would I claim that it's better in snow than a 4X4 truck... Absolutely not!

They don't sell it because there is no market for it. Has nothing to do with the weather conditions. Just like any other country has different models of a Tacoma. They wouldn't simply just say no to bringing a vehicle into a market just solely based on weather conditions half of the year. Living overseas, I had a couple different models of Toyotas and Hondas that aren't available in the American market. To say that it's weather or because a prerunner is a 'fake' truck is a result of being misinformed or ignorant.

 

what other countries have different models of Tacomas ?

and they don't sell Prerunners in Canada because who is going to buy what is essentially a 4x4 truck except for all the 4x4 bits missing ?

how can you possible say that is not driven by the fact that there is snow on the ground 6 months or more out of the year ?

 

Because 4wd>2wd and us Canadians know it

 

I mean you could open a parka and snowmobile store in SoCal , but you would go broke
