Could this be causing my rough idle?

    Not necessarily magical, but within the scope of what we're applying this 'intake vibes' issue to, first gens, I'd be more apt to call it not applicable.
    My bad if I came off like an ass, wasn't intended that way. Just didn't want folks to open up that can of worms as it likely isn't aplicable to his situation. That was all.

    Please, no more confusion with second gen stuff here in this thread. We can tell definitely good intentions to help the OP. Just not worth the possible confusion.... This is why I tried to address the second gen posting in the beginning

    -2.5/1.5 spacer lift -270/65/17 Cooper AT3

    Edit: I also own a truck, that truck also has this issue with movement in the elbow at fender wall. Said elbow can be repaired in the way described if your gen of truck trucks like my truck trucks. Sorry to confuse- I generally assume that reading the thread would resolve any mild confusion generated by naming different gens with almost identical issues.

    We are all working on the reality that many cars intake air from the wheel well and many of them vibrate at this location, right. This isnt even specific to Tacomas, let alone 1st gens, as you said - "sorry".
