Hey this is a continuation of another thread I posted but focused on things non cosmetic. I also wasn’t sure what forum to put it in but I just bought a 2003 Tacoma prerunner and looking to fix what needs to be fixed but not sure what I should focus on/where to start/urgency levels. The truck cost me 8.5k so my budget now is pretty thin, looking to do all the work myself excluding a couple things. I want to SAVE MONEY, not CHEAP OUT if that makes sense

    -1 owner
-never left the state of Florida
-148k miles (6k per year on average)
-have 20 years of shop records
-Came with tool box, spline Bluetooth radio, new rotors new brake pads and ACDelco chassis parts(universal joints) to be put in

Attached I have the entire pre purchase inspection, any advice or direction is appreciated

My list on what I know I need to do is

    -brake fluid
    -transmission service
    -air filter
    -new battery
-new tires (rims as well but I’m not sure if that’s necessary)
    -coolant flush
    -power steering fluid
-I have 2 new rotors and brake pads to put on
    -alignment
    -tie rod ends
-ball joints (I don’t know if I need to replace control arms as well but I don’t think so)
    -alignment

    So
    -if I’m missing anything
    -If I’m wrong about anything
-if I should prioritize things in some order
-any links, resources or part suggestions
    -any specific advice or information
Is all greatly appreciated, and please do be specific this is all pretty new territory for me. I’ve done things here n there but when it comes to really maintaining a vehicle I’m new. Even shopping online for genuine parts on Toyota has been confusing I’m not sure what I really need in order to fix ___ but I love this truck, I’m excited to learn and I want to be able to give it to my kid one day.

This is a pretty lengthy post, anyone who reads through it all and offers any guidance I seriously appreciate you and wanna say thank you in advanced

below is just the inspection Info, gonna quote with pictures of the truck
