LT1 Here's a few closeups of what I'm talking about. The whole cover (minus the headrest) is one piece. The sides of the bottom part is what I think would bother some people because it doesn't seem to align perfect with the adjusting wheel of the seat.. You can see the small elastic tie downs, the side has one and the back of the seat has one and they both meet and hook to each other under the seat. The problem is that they are elastic and allow the flap to stretch too much.
In the last few pics you can see the web belt strap with buckles, this one meets a back strap as well under the seat and they snap together, however i just went out and fully tightened mine and it doesn't seem to be any more snug, Now is when I'll have to do some type of DIY to make it tighter.
As for sliding around, I do not. I'm 5'9" and weigh around 180 and once I'm sitting I'm pretty fixated in my spot.

I have a few different universal fit options in this style cover, both from Smittybilt G.E.A.R.

Option one is made for the high-back Jeep seats, but they have been used for other seats. They are individual, so a pair runs about $201. Available in Black, Tan, OD Green, or Digital Camo. Each one comes with all the pouches you see.

Option two is a "lace-up" style. These are sold as a pair, and share 7 pouches. Smittybilt does not supply additional pouches, but most available brands work just fine. A pair runs about $123 with the same color options.

I don't know what year these seats are for, but with my 2011 I can't recommend cover kings. They have not (at least as of when I got mine last year) changed the strap configuration to accomadate the one fact that the top and bottom of the seat are connected with a hard plastic piece (as of model year 2010). The covers I bought did not and still do not fit "well" and have never molded to the form of the seats for a neat fit. When I spoke/emailed cover king about the issue I got blown off by their representative. I would have returned them, but got them on the internet and could not send back.

I don't have the lace-ups on the website. There are 10 pairs out in the Cali warehouse.

Mine should be at my door by wednesday. SxDx, looks like your seats are the TRD style ? I have a SR5 truck, i wonder if they will fit any better. Also, arnt those hook straps suppose get tuck in and conected ? Rather than hooked together over the side of the seat ?

Awesome, Keep us updated. im curious to see the fitment differences. As for the hooks, I need to go back out there and take a better look. I was thinking of hooking the side ones directly across to each other but then the back 2 hooks would just be hanging there, unless i force them forward under the seat and find something up front.

    Thanks.

hmm... i like these... I feel that the "lace" style may fit universal applications a bit better.

Ordered my front seat set last week. Looking forward to getting them on. The Coverking site does not show them, but called, placed my order, and they said again, it should take 10 to 15 days.

I spent a week in the front and back seat of an Xterra about a month ago and really liked them. To me, it's not about the fit, it's about durability, functionality, and coverage. That's why there are so many choices, but then again that is another reason why this forum is so great.

When out in the desert or off roading, we are geocaching, so can be in/out of the truck up to 300 times/day.

This what they say about the ballistics. Funny that when people order, they don't read the description.

"[SIZE=-1]Coverking's Custom Ballistic Seat Covers are the toughest Custom Seat Covers available - bar none! Not the most comfortable material, but definitely the toughest - repeated entry and exit, even with riveted jeans won't damage this material. Dogs, cats, and kids don't stand a chance. Coverking uses Ballistic material, which has a water proof inner coating. Because Cordura Plus is a stiff fabric, it will show more wrinkles than other materials."
