Gas is still $3/gallon in CA, but the traffic is non-existent!

There are plenty of rural areas in the Bay Area. Try exploring more. I frequent these rural areas and they are beautiful.

Why do they give a shit if the car isn't washed? In Pennsylvania, you're pretty much guaranteed to pass if your check engine light isn't on!

They don't even do inspections in my county, haven't had one in close to 20 years.

    I envy you!

Also, what sucks is that the inspections are done by dealerships and independent mechanics, as in the very people who profit from fixing cars! Can you say "conflict of interest"? In New Jersey, the inspections are done by state-run facilities; Either you pass or you fail, and if you fail you bring it to a mechanic.

So he complained to the news? Good for him!

As someone who is OCD about taking care of his truck, I can honestly say that I fucking hate emissions testing; I don't mind the safety inspection too much because the local dealer doesn't charge me for that!

What does this thread have to with 3rd gens? Not setting up a joke, just confused why the thread is in this section.

In typical TW fashion, it strayed from the original topic... :D

I was thinking the original topic doesn't belong in this section.
