Well there is a couple of other spots to go. One is Elk Mtn off of hwy 20 about 30 miles east of 101 and north of Ukiah. There is some good ridin up there and I know they dont close it down at all. Alot of quad trails there as well and Motorcycle trails. Another short run is north of me up Tomki trail which runs into willits. That trail crosses the creek about six times and is pretty good. Then there is a great run up to Hull Mtn which goes by Lake Pillsbury which is on the Discovery trail, total length of that trip is about 160 Miles all dirt road. They Hang glide from this mtn.

Damn just called BLM cow mtn HQ and they said it is closed until they get 3 days of dry weather b4 they open again. Here is the No. for the office (707)468-4000.
    Web Address http://www.ca.blm.gov/ukiah
    This sucks.:(
But I have another run just a little further Norht east from Redwood Valley. Its through a small town, Potter Valley by Lake Pillsbury and then up towards Hull Mtn. A good road a lot of snow. Then if we can make it all the way through we end up at Covelo, out on 101. From there its about 40 miles or so to Ukiah. The round trip is about 160 miles from Redwood Valley and back.Top elev. is at about 6500 ft. So let me know if this is good to everybody else. I got a great map of the area and have been up there a couple of times.:D
