    Hey everyone!

I'm thrilled to announce that my Cowl Intake kits and 3D printed HVAC covers are finally available for purchase!

It's been a crazy few months getting everything ready, with some setbacks along the way. My 3D printer broke, but I quickly purchased a second one to make up for lost time.

I'm still working on building up my stock, so there might be some longer lead times than I'd hoped for. But don't worry, I'm doing everything I can to get your orders out ASAP!

I want to extend a HUGE thank you to all the amazing folks who showed interest in these products early on. Thanks for your support and patience. Check out my thread HERE or message me to place your orders. Get ready for some awesome products, even if there's a bit of a wait.

    Cheers,
    Dan

    KIT2 comes with the following:
    • HVAC screen (3D printed)
    • Cowl side screens (3D printed)
    • 2x replacement cowl cover screw push pins
    • Installation instructions
It does not include the solid cover. I can add it for an additional cost.

i mean the cost you've messaged me looks completely reasonable and as much rain as i get in Oregon, I'm not about the rain on my floor anymore!

You'd need to redesign the thing unless the supercharger retains the factory intake box, which doesn't seem possible since the "ice cream scoop" in the wheel well is such a severe restriction on the intake flow.

Doesn’t the URD box use a larger wheel well inlet? In which case the inlet of a stock filter box might be modified/enlarged and the pipe run under the fender back to the cowl area instead of in the engine bay. It would make the mod stealthy as well as effective.

If you're going to keep the routing out of the engine bay to the wheel well, then you might as well just keep the routing out there and maybe just put at "shorty" snorkel on top of the fender or at the base of the "A" pillar instead. Getting back to the cowl would require going back through the body or else routing along the outside behind the fender flare like a traditional snorkel.

Due to rattling/rubbing sounds coming from the tube going through the fire wall, I did replace my door edge trim with one that had a bulb. That allows the bulb to absorb engine vibrations and the bulb allows the tube to move in and out of the firewall as the engine rocks to further reduce firewall vibrations that I could feel in the steering wheel. It was driving me nuts. IMG_6421.jpg IMG_6422.jpg IMG_6423.jpg

I've had mine(all silicone with 3" SS splice from the elbow to straight) for about two years and 25000 miles with zero issues. I have noticed the filter picks up dust in the center of the filter but have noticed any performance issues. Rain, snow, carwashes, no problems. I like the increase of intake noise and freed up space in the engine bay. I'm very satisfied.
