Why does no one make an aftermarket kit like this?

 

Okay. Maybe I need the extra holes for better air flow. It seems to get stuck in 4th gear at 3000-3500 rpm’s on the highway. I really gotta rev her to engage 5th gear. Might be a regearing issue but I noticed it seemed to rev higher rpm’s after the cowl mod

 

I suspect the induction system is not impacting how your truck shifts.

Suggest to take a look at the transmission. You maybe be low on tranny fluid. Low fluid will cause delayed shifting.
