Cowl seal blocking windshield wiper nozzle spray

    Recently had to get my windshield swapped out. Since then the passenger side windshield spray nozzle is blocked by the cowl seal. The spray partially hits the bottom of the gap (circled in the photo) and then pools in the cowl seal. I assuming it wasn’t placed back on correctly. Can someone explain how I can remove it and put it back in place correctly. This is on a 3rd gen OR.
