Right, but seller doesn't have to be the same person necessarily as the owner of the commercial company. Seller could have more than one tailgate. Could be the outffitter selling a tailgate on CL to skirt the government. Maybe the outffitter told the guy to take his tailgate after getting a cap and they're selling it? Point being there are lots of legitimate reasons some could be selling a tailgate.
